Allcargo Global Lists on NSE, BSE After Demerger from Allcargo Logistics

Mumbai : Allcargo Global Ltd. on Friday began trading on the NSE and BSE following its demerger from Allcargo Logistics Ltd., completing the Allcargo Group’s four-year restructuring plan.

The listing establishes Allcargo Global as the Group’s international supply chain business, while Allcargo Logistics will focus on domestic logistics, Allcargo Terminals on container freight stations and inland container depots, and TransIndia Real Estate on logistics infrastructure.

Under the approved demerger scheme, shareholders of Allcargo Logistics received one equity share of Allcargo Global for every share held (1:1 ratio).

The company said the independent listing will enable it to strengthen its global logistics business, expand technology-driven supply chain solutions, and pursue long-term growth opportunities. Founder and Chairman Shashi Kiran Shetty said the listing marks a significant milestone in the Group’s transformation, while Managing Director Adarsh Hegde said it provides greater strategic flexibility to accelerate global expansion.
