Mumbai : After releasing several teasers, the trailor of Akshay Kumar starrer Sports periodic Drama GOLD is finally out today. The movie shows the winning combination of the national game hockey, patriotism and the charisma of Superstar Akshay Kumar.
The movie is inspired from India’s first Gold medal victory as an independent nation at 1948 London Summer Olympics. In the final, newly independent nation India had beat its coloniser, the great Britain. Akshay Kumar has played a coach and Manager of the Indian Hockey team in the movie who inspired and brings together a team of young but unskilled Hockey players to win India’s first Olympics Gold medal as a independent nation.
The movie is Directed by Reema Kagti and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani the movie is also starring Mauni Roy,Amit Sadh and Veneet Singh. It’ll hit the theatres on 15th August.
