Nayab Singh Saini takes oath as the Chief Minister of Haryana

Chandigarh : Nayab Singh Saini was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Haryana on Thursday, following the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) historic victory, securing a third consecutive term in the state with 48 seats in the 90-member assembly. This marks Saini’s second term as Chief Minister.

The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Shalimar Ground in Panchkula, where Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya administered the oath of office and secrecy.

Following Saini’s swearing-in, BJP MLA Anil Vij also took oath as a cabinet minister in the Haryana government. Other leaders, including Israna MLA Krishan Lal Panwar, Badshahpur MLA Rao Narbir Singh, and BJP leaders Mahipal Dhanda, Vipul Goel, Arvind Kumar Sharma, and Shyam Singh Rana, were also sworn in as ministers.
