Four-day State Process Lab on Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan Begins in Koraput

Bhubaneswar: A four-day State Process Lab (SPL) on Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan recently started Koraput Odisha from 29th August to 1st September 2025 under the umbrella of the Dharti Aba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA). The workshop was supported by the Bharat Rural Livelihoods Foundation (BRLF) and is going to trained 52 participants from Rayagada, Koraput, Gajapati and Malkangiri districts of Odisha. These participants who are designated as district master trainers will further train block master trainers, who in turn will take the training to the block level.
The Abhiyan seeks to make governance more effective by preparing 20 lakh field-level functionaries throughout the country who will lead development initiatives in tribal regions and facilitate the seamless delivery of essential government services. The participants of different line departments will be engaged in integrated departmental planning and convergence activity. All four days of the lab process will actively engage the participants with capacity building and participatory activities, which help them to roll out of the whole process of the DAJGUA program on village level smoothly. The initiative promotes citizen-centric governance by institutionalising grievance redressal mechanisms, encouraging localised planning, and fostering collaborative implementation, a release by the department said.
The Abhiyan is being implemented through inter-ministerial convergence, with key departments such as SC & ST Development, Rural Development, Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water, Women and Child Development, Jal Shakti, Education, and Environment, Forest and Climate Change working in close coordination.
