Petrol, Diesel prices hiked after 36 days
IOCL raises Petrol by 16-17 paise, Diesel by 10-12 paise
New Delhi: After a gap of 36 days the Petrol and Diesel prices have been hiked today. While the Petrol prices have been hiked by 16-17 paise, Diesel prices have been hiked by 10-12 paise. After this price hike, Petrol prices in Delhi have been increased to Rs. 75.7, Rs.83.10 in Mumbai, Rs.78.39 in Kolkata and Rs. 74.54 in Bhubaneswar. Similarly, Diesel prices have been increased to Rs. 67.50 in Delhi, Rs.71.62 in Mumbai and Rs. 72.35 in Bhubaneswar.
The Oil companies had cut Oil prices by just 1 paise on 30th May. But since then, the OMCs were reduced Petrol prices on 22 occasions and Diesel prices on 18 occasions. State-owned Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) revise Petrol, Diesel prices every day at 6 am.
