Biznextindia : While Reliance boss Mukesh Ambani has slipped out of the top 10 richest people in the world as per the ‘Bloomberg Billionaire Index’, he retains his place among the top 10 in the Forbes Real-time billionaire list.
As per the Forbes list, Mukesh Ambani, with a net worth of USD 77.1 billion is at the 9th place. As per the list, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos with a net worth of USD185.2 billion has remained as the richest person in the world followed by SpaceX founder Elon musk, with a net worth of USD USD147 billion and Bernard Arnault & family with USD 146.1 billion net worth.
Microsoft founder Bill Gates, with a net worth of USD 120.1 billion is at the 5th spot followed by Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg with a net worth of USD 98.3 billion.
Meanwhile, as pet the ‘Bloomberg Billionaire Index’ Mukesh ambani has slipped to the 11th spot with a net worth of USD 76.5 billion. Amazon chief Jeff Bezos with a net worth of USD 186 billion is at the top position followed by Elon Musk ( USD 160 billion net worth) and Bill Gates (USD 131 billion net worth).
This year, Mukesh Ambani’s RIL’s shares witnessed extreme volatility with the stock slipped to a 52-week low of 878 in March and zoomed to a record high of Rs.2368.80 in September. The year saw several big ticket investors like Facebook, Qualcomm, opened their purses in RIL companies Jio and Reliance Retail.
