New Delhi : India’s total broadband subscriber base has crossed the 1 billion mark in November, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) has confirmed.
Trai added that in the last 10 years, the Broadband subscriber base in India has increased bymore than six times. There were 131.49 million (13.15 crore) Broadbandsubscribers at the end of November 2015, which grew to 1 billion (100.37 crore) atthe end of November 2025.
China is on the top of the list with a broadband subscriber base with 1.3 billion followed by India. The United states in the 3rd place with a subscriber base of 324 million.
