New Delhi : Maruti Suzuki India today reported marginal 0.2% growth at 146,766 units in October against 146,446 units in October 2017 mainly due to 17% drop in its exports. The company has sold 138,100 units in domestic market, (registering a growth of only 1.5% ) and has exported 8,666 units during October 2018.
Meanwhile, the company has reported 8.6% sales growth in the 6 months ended October at 11,22,093 units, against 10,33,135 units in the corresponding period last fiscal. This includes 1,057,340 units in the domestic market and 64,753 units of export. While the domestic sales has increased by 10%, the export has slumped by 9.2%.
