Mumbai : Tata Motors announced that it will increase the price of its commercial vehicles effective 1st July 2024, up to 2 percent. The company has attributed the price rise to rising commodity prices.
“The price increase is to offset the impact of rising commodity prices. It will be applicable across the entire range of commercial vehicles, and will vary as per individual model and variant” the company said.
This is the third price hike by the company in the current calendar year. The company had hiked the prices of its passenger vehicles on an average 0.7 percent on February 1. Before that, it had hiked prices of its light commercial vehicles in January.
