GMR Energy incorporates wholly owned subsidiary GMR Utkal Solar Power in Odisha for development of Solar projects

Mumbai : GMR Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has incorporated GMR Utkal Solar Power Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company, the company has said in a regulatory filing. The current paid up capital of the GUSPL is Rs. 1 lakh.

The stepdown subsidiary has been incorporated with the object of development of solar power project, in Kamalanga, Odisha.
