CSM Technologies posts 70% jump in FY26 profit; income rises 14%, board recommends dividend

Bhubaneswar : CSM Technologies Ltd, a Bhubaneswar-headquartered GovTech and enterprise digital transformation company, reported a strong financial performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with consolidated profit after tax (PAT) rising 70.2 per cent year-on-year to ₹24.01 crore.

The company, listed on both the BSE and NSE, reported total income of ₹228.72 crore in FY26, up 14 per cent from ₹200.63 crore in the previous financial year.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) surged 56.6 per cent to ₹48 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved to 21 per cent from 15.3 per cent a year earlier.

Profit before tax (before exceptional items) stood at ₹34.78 crore, up 70 per cent. After accounting for a one-time exceptional charge of ₹2.73 crore related to the implementation of new Labour Codes, profit before tax stood at ₹32.05 crore.

The board of directors recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.

For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company reported total income of ₹61.67 crore, a 2.6 per cent increase over the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Quarterly EBITDA rose 56 per cent to ₹16.41 crore, while PAT jumped 77.7 per cent to ₹9.30 crore. EBITDA margin improved to 26.6 per cent from 17.5 per cent in the year-ago quarter.

Managing Director and CEO Priyadarshi Pany said the company’s improved profitability reflected stronger operating leverage and execution efficiencies. He said CSM would continue investing in proprietary technology platforms, artificial intelligence and data-driven solutions to strengthen its GovTech and enterprise digital transformation capabilities.

As of March 31, 2026, the company’s order book stood at ₹357.63 crore, equivalent to more than 1.5 times its FY26 revenue, providing strong revenue visibility for the coming year.

During FY26, CSM invested ₹10.25 crore in developing proprietary technology assets and platforms, besides spending ₹3.17 crore on property, plant and equipment and ₹1.17 crore on capital work-in-progress to strengthen its infrastructure.

The company said it continued to expand its presence across India and international markets, particularly in Africa, while focusing on sectors such as government services, mining, agriculture, education, healthcare, tourism and industry. Investments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, automation and data analytics remain central to its growth strategy.
