OMCs hike Petrol, Diesel prices again, Know the prices

NewDelhi : Petrol & Diesel prices have continued to rise for the last several days. Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), India’s largest oil marketing company, today hiked Petrol prices by 13-14 paise and Diesel prices by 14-15  paise.

With this hike Petrol price has increased to Rs.77.91 and Diesel prices to Rs. 69.46 in Delhi. Similarly, Petrol and Diesel Prices in Mumbai has increased to Rs.85.33 and Rs.73.74  respectively. Similarly, in Bhubaneswar Petrol and Diesel prices have increased to Rs.76.79 and Rs. 74. 51 respectively.

The twin effects of rising Crude Oil prices and weakening rupee is expected to continue their pressure on the state run oil marketing companies in the coming months also. In the international market, Indian Basket Crude Oil has increased by 3% to USD 73.41. The Indian Rupee meanwhile has weakened to 70 per US dollar.
